Mom to four wild, crazy and adventuresome boys. Wife to my high school sweetheart, firefighter husband. Family physician by day, and many nights. We live in the Madison, WI area and are sports and outdoors enthusiasts. I am primarily a hobbyist photographer, but enjoy shooting lifestyle images for a handful of families each year as well. (Please email me for more information!). Photography is a method of mindfulness for me. Amidst the chaos of the daily grind, it allows me to slow down and see everyday beauty in the simplest things all around. My passion is for the little in between moments that are usually the BIG moments after all.

Session Investment Selected *

Senior LIFE | 1hr, 10 images | $400

Senior LIFE | up to 3hrs, 15 images | $600

Payment is due day of the shoot via check or cash, made to Amanda Preimesberger. Travel fees may apply outside of Dane county at a rate of $75/county. If your location requires a photography permit, you are responsible for paying for and obtaining the permit. Whole session galleries are available as add-on purchases for $150 for either session. Files amenable for print sizes above 20" may be available for select images at $15 per image file.

Cameras of any kind are not permitted at the shoot.

Any images provided may not be illegally reproduced by any means. All images created by FBLP/Amanda Preimesberger are protected under copyright law per this agreement. Purchased digital image files grant lifetime printing rights. Digital files will be sized so that reproduction at larger sizes may have undesirable results. File sizes available for print larger than 20" may be purchased separately.

Senior LIFE 1hour sessions shall include 10 edited images; Senior LIFE 2-3 hour sessions shall include 15 edited images. Each image will be released in both high resolution for prints up to 20" and web resolution. Images may be selected by the client after full Gallery preview which will be sent electronically. Client shall have 7 days from time of digital Gallery preview release to purchase the optional entire Gallery for additional $150.

Any images not purchased within 7 days from Gallery release will be purged. Client images that are purchased are available for download for 3months, after which time they are purged.

Attendance at photo sessions is limited to those being photographed unless otherwise discussed. Having additional people present can be distracting and limiting to the true connections that we'll aim to capture.

Only the Senior will be photographed, unless otherwise arranged and contracted for with the photographer.

If you must cancel your session due to illness/personal emergency, please notify photographer as soon as able. Each client is allowed one reschedule date for personal reasons. However, if a second client reschedule arises, half the session fee will be retained as a nonrefundable deposit. Should the photographer need to reschedule or cancel, there is no session charge or rescheduling fee. For outdoor sessions, occasionally weather may preclude a meaningful session and every effort will be made to find another date that works for client/photographer.

Model Release | Copyright Agreement *

By checking this box, client signing below consents that the photographs taken by Four Brothers Life Photography/Amanda Preimesberger may be used for the purpose of display, portfolio, website, or advertising to solely promote fourbrothersphotography.com. Client signing below agrees that images can be used without compensation to the undersigned. Also agreed upon is that client will not use the photos taken by FBLP to profit off of, or enter the photographed child/family members into any 'photo contests' or use head shots for commercial use or modeling agencies. If client has obtained digital files through FBLP, client agrees to not alter the images in any way (black/white conversion, cropping, etc). Undersigned client understands that FBLP retains full copyright of these images and that copyright infringement is punishable by law.
